Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 14 business days to return an item from the date you received it. Please call us at (256)539-7320 to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. For packages lost in transit, claims must be received within 7 business days. For items with errors or defects, claims must be received within 14 business days. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Some items are ineligible for returns. Examples include:
• Custom items, unless the printed material received does not match the approved proof.
• Personal items due to hygiene reasons, which include but are not limited to face masks,
chap balm/lip balm, apparel, etc.


We will notify you once we have received your item(s) and inspected them.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or other original method of payment. You will receive your credit per your card issuer’s policies.

Items that are lost in transit, missing, damaged or defective may be credited or replaced instead of refunded, at management’s discretion.


For orders returned for reasons such as being misprinted, damaged or defective, return postage is the responsibility of Medical Systems.

For orders returned for reasons other than misprint, damage or defect, return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
